Arunachal CM Dorjee Khandu dead :According to sources the search parties have traced the crash site and located three bodies there. The bodies have not been identified yet. Search and rescue teams looking for Arunachal Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu’s missing chopper in the densely forested areas near Sela Pass have located a crash site in Lugudhang.

Union Home Minister P Chidambaram told reporters that the rescue teams have also located from a height three bodies at the crash site but it could not be confirmed whether the crashed aircraft is the one in which the CM was traveling.
Chidambaram further said the authorities would be able to confirm whether Khandu’s body was among the three spotted only when a team of Army men, which is on the way from Kyela, reaches the location.

The minister added that the crash site falls in the flight path of Arunachal CM’s chopper.
Both Kyela and Lugudhang are located about 4,900 metres above sea level and the distance between Kyela and Lugudhang is about 10 kilometres, Chidambaram informed.
It has been over 100 hours since the chopper carrying CM Dorjee Khandu and four others went missing.
The Pawan Hans AS350 B-3 helicopter had taken off from Tawang at 9.50 am last Saturday. The last radio contact with the ground was about 20 minutes after take-off as it flew over the Sela Pass along the Chinese border perched at an altitude of 13,700 feet.
Six IAF helicopters too had this morning conducted an aerial survey along the dizzy heights of Sela Pass.
Congress legislator Tsewang Dhondup's younger sister, Yeshmi Lamu, was the lone woman occupant in the helicopter. She was in the helicopter with the CM for a medical check-up in Itanagar.
On Tuesday, the Arunachal Pradesh government had announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakhs to anyone who could provide information about the missing helicopter.
